Powering SAMPATHI 1

Correct power connection is critical for safe operation.

Supported Input Voltage​

  • SAMPATHI 1 supports battery input within the specified voltage range.
  • Always verify your battery voltage before connecting.

⚠️ Connecting an unsupported voltage may permanently damage the FCU.

Powering in a Drone​

  • The FCU is powered from the main battery via the power input pads or connector
  • ESCs and motors should be powered through their respective power paths
  • Digital video systems and servos use dedicated regulated outputs

USB Power Limitations​

USB power is intended only for configuration and firmware flashing.

Do not:

  • Power motors
  • Power servos
  • Power high-current peripherals from USB

USB power is low current and for logic only.

⚠️ Common Power Mistakes to Avoid​

  • Powering servos from USB
  • Reversing battery polarity
  • Using damaged battery leads
  • Hot-plugging high-current devices
