Board Overview

This section provides a high-level overview of SAMPATHI -1.

Board Orientation​

Before connecting anything:

  • Identify the USB side
  • Confirm the arrow / orientation marking
  • Ensure the board is mounted correctly in your frame

⚠️ Incorrect orientation will cause flight instability.

Connector Overview​

SAMPATHI 1 provides connectors for:

  • Motor / ESC outputs
  • Battery power input
  • Digital video system
  • GPS module
  • External sensors
  • SD card
  • USB (configuration and firmware updates only)

Status LEDs​

The FCU includes status LEDs to indicate:

  • Power and boot status
  • Connection state
  • Error or fault conditions
