- Board is level and stress-free
Cable Routing
- All connectors fully seated
- Signal cables separated from power cables
- GPS cable routed away from ESCs and battery
- All cables strain-relieved
Power System
- Power source regulated and within specification
- Power polarity verified
- ESCs powered from PDB (not from JTA-01)
GPS & Compass Placement
- Clear sky view
- Mounted away from motors and ESCs
- No steel screws or magnets near compass
Motors & Propellers
- Motor screws correct length
- Propellers removed for setup
- Motor rotation direction known
PAGE 2 — POWER-ON, FLIGHT & POST-FLIGHT
Power-On Check
- LEDs indicate normal boot
- Board detected by ground control software
- No continuous error tones
Firmware & Configuration
- Firmware supports Pixhawk FMU v6x RT
- Correct airframe selected
- No firmware mismatch warnings
Mandatory Calibration
- Accelerometer calibrated
- Gyroscope calibrated
- Compass calibrated
- RC calibration completed
- Battery voltage verified
RC & Control Verification
- RC inputs correct
- Flight modes switch correctly
- Emergency stop tested
- RC failsafe tested
Motor Output Test (Props Off)
- Correct motor numbering
- Correct rotation direction
- Smooth low-throttle response
Failsafes
- RC failsafe configured
- Battery failsafe configured
- RTL altitude verified
First Flight
- Slow throttle increase
- Abort if abnormal behavior observed
Post-Flight
- Motors and ESCs not overheated
